One of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains the types of information that is collected and recorded by SeniorComm and how we use it.

Any information submitted through out contact forms will stay secure in our system. We never sell data to any 3rd party brokers. Users check a box in our form to receive notifications & promotional messages to provide their consent.

Log files

SeniorComm follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include:

internet protocol (IP) addresses

browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP)

date and time stamp, referring/exit pages

possibly the number of click

Privacy policies.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on SeniorComm, which are sent directly to users’ browsers.

They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that VoteComm has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Third-party policies

SeniorComm’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. More detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers’ respective websites. 

Children Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

SeniorComm does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we highly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Online Privacy

This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regard to the information that they shared and/or collect in SeniorComm. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

 If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

 

Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
